OUR HISTORY

LAN LLC was established in 2007 by Luke Nordhoff, owner and operator.

Luke's interest in construction began at a young age while helping on his grandfather's farm. Building repair and new construction on the farm were a continuous occurrence. He garnered additional experience by clearing job sites in the evenings for a construction firm after his day's work on the farm.

Luke's main focus then became construction and he received a degree from Vincennes University in Construction Technology. He continued his education in Construction Management at Indiana State University. Upon graduation, he moved back to Dubois County and started LAN Construction LLC working alongside his uncle.

After 6 years of hands-on experience in the remodeling and new construction business, he began to notice more and more that foundation issues went unaddressed, ultimately causing ongoing problems. These problems continued to worsen over time and cause further damage to homes and commercial properties. Nordhoff saw that, without a strong solid foundation, resources spent on construction and remodeling just "patched" the problem - didn't SOLVE the problem.

PROFESSIONAL WORK

Luke saw the need for quality foundation and concrete work. He switched his focus and began specialized training to expand his skill set into foundation repair. LAN Construction, LLC was born. Luke's background of construction and knowledge of how things are built, affords him the ability to see the "big picture" to devise a unique solution for specific foundation and concrete issues.
